Capital Markets Advisory
Advisory on structured products, market-linked investments, and hedging strategies.
For suitable and qualified clients, capital markets strategies can play an important part in a globally diversified portfolio. They can provide access to particular markets, sectors, and currencies, while seeking specific outcomes such as greater participation, yield generation, or managing exposure. Zentrix Global advises clients on these strategies and arranges access and execution through our network of regulated partner banks and brokers.
What capital markets advisory covers
Capital markets advisory spans the structured products and market-linked investments that sit alongside a client's core holdings. These can be built across equities, fixed income, commodities, foreign exchange, interest rates, and hybrids, and range from straightforward to highly bespoke, whether a client's needs are frequent or occasional.
Build the core portfolio
Strategies that help populate a client's allocation, implement long term themes, and target specific outcomes.
Pursue tactical opportunities
Shorter term ideas for an opportunistic portfolio, alongside longer term thematic positions.
Manage risk
Identifying uncorrelated assets and structuring hedges on specific positions to help mitigate portfolio risk.
Strategic assets
Guidance when a client needs to acquire, finance, hedge, or dispose of a strategic asset, liquid or illiquid, across asset classes and locations.
How we work
We combine our own market perspective with insight drawn from our network of institutional partners, including risk management and hedging strategies, trading ideas, and longer term themes. When a client decides to proceed, execution takes place through regulated partner banks and brokers, giving access to institutional quality products, while we remain the client's independent adviser throughout.
Structured products and market-linked investments have features of their own, including limited liquidity before maturity and exposure to the issuer. We help clients understand these features before any decision is made, and recommend they review the product specific documentation in full.

Risk Warning
Risks of structured products and market-linked investments
- Investment Risk: The investment is subject to market fluctuations, and there can be no assurance that an investment will return its value or that appreciation will occur. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no guarantee regarding preservation or return of capital.
- Liquidity Risk, Structured Investments: Structured products are not listed, traded, or publicly quoted on any stock exchange. However, the issuer may offer a secondary market to purchase or sell the products, at such a price and in such a quantity as determined at the absolute discretion of the issuer.
- Capital Protection Risk, Structured Investments: Any capital protection provided by the product is applicable at maturity only. If the product is sold prior to maturity, the current market price will apply; this can fall as well as rise during the life of the product, and investors may not get back all of the sum invested.
- Credit Risk: Credit risk can occur where the issuer or counterparty to an investment suffers from a reduced credit rating, or fails to deliver cash or investments up to the pre-agreed amount.
- Currency Risk: Currency may have either a direct or an indirect effect on individuals' investments. Where the reference currency is different from the reporting currency, foreign exchange movements will directly impact the value of the holdings. Currency will indirectly impact the value of the underlying investments, as foreign exchange movements strongly influence the market economy and the competitiveness of both domestic and international companies. Funds which try to hedge to a reference currency can mitigate the direct impact of currency movements, but cannot completely isolate the indirect effects of foreign exchange movements.
The risk factors listed above are not exhaustive. Always ask for the product specific documentation for full details and risk disclosures.
